Facebook marketplace is a great place to sell stuff. The only issue is you would have to put up a photo.

Careful with facebook market place and make sure you meet people in a public area if possible. I know you stated you had furniture to sell, but just be aware. I do think its the quickest way to get rid of things and selling stuff, but use caution. The photo stuff is pretty easy to figure out using be my eyes.
