Hyper Messianic facts: regarding Marrying your rapist

So many people repeat the claim “the Bible says a woman has to marry her rapist”, but that claim's based on a misunderstanding of the text in English. When you actually read the context in Deuteronomy 22, you notice the Bible deals with two completely different situations: 1. Forced sexual assault: The man's put to death, & the woman's declared innocent. There's no marriage, no staying together, no forgiveness ceremony, no loophole. The abuser's removed permanently. 2. Consensual premarital intimacy: The man's required to take responsibility, pay the bride-price, & treat her with honor, but only if she & her father agree. Marriage isn't forced. If the father refuses, the woman's free, & the man still must pay. The idea Scripture commands a woman to marry her rapist's a modern misunderstanding, not what the text says. The Bible never commands a woman to stay with an abuser. The Bible never excuses assault.
The Bible never protects the oppressor. Torah protects women. Torah defends the innocent. Torah holds men accountable. When we read Scripture with understanding, we notice Yahuah is just, righteous, & protective, not abusive. We've to stop letting misinformation twist the Word. We need context. We need truth. We need to study deeper than the English translation. Comment your thoughts below. Let’s talk about it
