that software isn't correctly implementing decimals and the number sign. The number sign carries through the period, which is always dots 256, for decimals, dots, any time. Number signs do need repeated after dashes and colons to ensure computers know the differences between numbers and letters after those punctuations. So 9:45 needs a number sign after the colon. Otherwise it would be difficult to determine, especially for a computer, whether it was 9:45 or 9:de. It was annoying for a while, but now I do it without thinking about it. I use UEB in writing and reading as much as I can.

There's a great book called THE ABC's of UEB on Bard or through BANA directly that gives clear examples and explanations.

Thank you so much. I wish that the number sign would cary through a colon. I have never seen a letter directly after a colon after numbers. I feel the letter sign (dots five six) should be used to distinguish letters from numbers. But hey, you actually know what the spec is. Hundred points emoji.
