So first, thank you to those who have commented, I appreciate it. A second, I’m not going to sit here and say but everyone who has commented is wrong, because you’re not, but what I will say is this. As I said before, the video, was not saying that exercises, such as, running, cycling, lifting weights, et cetera, our bad for your body, they can be very useful, very helpful at times, with the video put emphasis on, is that the modern world has turned walking into something that they think is meaningless, that would not help at all, because it’s too simple, and it’s much more powerful, on so many levels, than modern society which is off to believe. Video reminds us that we do not have to go to extremes simply to exercise, sometimes the simplest things can be the most powerful. That is why I shared this video, not to say that walking is the only exercise that a person can do in the world, but because I align with the fact that yes walking is simple, but it is very powerful on multiple levels. If you want to keep lifting weight, then by all means to do so. That is your decision, that is something that you love to do, I’m not going to sit here and say that no one can lift weights, or that no one can jog. That is not at all what this post is about.
