What does Leviticus 25 44 through 46 say

so, this portion of Leviticus 25 is part of the Levitical law, which did allow ownership of people outside of Israel.  i’m not sure what your question is but just understand that God gave the land to Israel to inherit not because they were good. See Deuteronomy chapters 8-10.
