Add the screen recording control to the control center. In the control center, swipe down with 1 finger to edit controls, then press the add control button.

Open the photos app, and find the video. Press the share button, then select export unmodified original. This will add it to your files app. From here you need to convert it from an mp4 to an mp3 or some other audio format. You will need to use an app or website and save the converted file to the files app. From there you can share to ramblio. There is a way to create an audio file from a video file with the shortcuts app, but that requires you to create a specific shortcut and use it correctly. That's the closest you can get to a native solution without needing an outside source.
