I really like grounding. I usually just do easy things like watch my breathing and count my heartbeat. 
Sounds like you were hooking up a grounding rug to do some centring activities not sure but not big into yoga although I do try to do some yoga moves once in a while during the day. I know people do a lot of activities like kinetic sand or centring or meditating and Clearing their shocks and stuff and I respect it, but just not really my thing. I tried to post this earlier, but it said it failed to post. It didn’t say it couldn’t post it was like, it has failed! But we are OK now. I like to be around the things I can hear and taste and smell in order to stay present. I’ve been feeling low lately a lot so I’ve been needing to stay present.
