So basically what you do you have to hold down the lock screen and then it will say customize and then you can remove it from there

I meant to say I don’t have a password on my lockscreen, but that shouldn’t matter in how u customize the lock screen

Maybe the IOS version u r on is a factor. It started being possible to customize a few updates ago

I believe that the ability to customize the lock screen on an iPhone, started with iOS 18, prior to that it could only be achieved via a jailbreak

Try clicking on that…where it says customize wallpaper. Click on that…

It worked!!! I clicked on customize wallpaper and I was able to remove it. Thank you for your help. 👍

Actually, simply clicking on customize wallpaper will not do it unless you follow the other steps that I recommended. I think it’s important that when people give a solution to a problem that they express all the steps they use because someone following that and not knowing what the others are would be lost and confused.
