Blinky, I think if you wanna post YouTube links, you have to post separately. I couldn’t access the link even if I was interested and wanted to. Glad we got to at least hear the video.

@Meg: Yes, that’s why I posted the link in the comments section. If you flick down on the comment with the link, you’ll hear, “view links.” Tapping on that will then ask you if you want to leave Ramblio to visit the link. I just checked the linnk to be sure and it does work.

What has me concerned is that according to The Tech Authority, not only will access to the conversational component be limited, but also access to AI also. Not sure how true that is, but it’s worth looking into.

@Blinky X Off topic but not sure where else to say it: The background instrumental loop you were playing in the last audio comment above this text one sounds reminiscent of the instrumentation behind a vocal song by Katatonia, in the metal genre, called The Promise of Deceit. Yours is in a higher key and repeats every 16 bars instead of every 8, but still lol.

Well of course Meta is screwing over its users. It’s a garbage company ran by a garbage CEO. Has anybody really not paid attention to their track record? The only thing that ray bans have going for them is they hit the market first. As soon as other viable options become more mainstream, the Meta glasses will die out. Just my opinion there. On a different note, in reference to the specific details around the pay wall, yes, there’s no doubt that the public marketing of what they’re saying does not match up with the reality. Of course they’re limiting access to specific model features. And also of note, the one feature they actually mention, as noted, the conversational enhancement, the idiocy of actually limiting that feature in anyway when has already been proven that it runs completely local on the device, and requires no cloud access at all seems just counter intuitive and downright stupid
