Terms & Conditions

18+ Adult-Only Last updated:

1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ramblio (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Safety Standards. If you disagree with any part, do not use the Service.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Joshua Stirland, the individual operator of Ramblio.

2) Eligibility (18+)

  • Ramblio is intended for adults aged 18 years and older.
  • By using the Service, you confirm you are at least 18.
  • We do not knowingly collect data from minors and will delete any discovered accounts belonging to minors.

3) Accounts

  • You are responsible for your account activity and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • Multiple accounts are allowed, but may not be used maliciously (e.g. harassment, evasion of bans, manipulation, or impersonation).
  • Impersonating another person or entity is prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms or our Safety Standards.
  • You may delete your account at any time through in-app controls or by contacting chef@tweesecake.app.

4) Content Rules

You may share audio or text content (“Rambles”, “Comments”, “Messages”). You must only upload content you own or have legal rights to use. This includes music, sound effects, voice recordings, and artwork.

Prohibited content includes:

  • Child sexual abuse material, exploitation, grooming, or non-consensual sexual content.
  • Harassment, hate, bullying, or credible threats of violence.
  • Encouraging self-harm, suicide, or criminal activity.
  • Material that violates intellectual property or publicity rights.
  • Spam, scams, or malicious links.

All uploads containing explicit content must use the app’s Explicit flag feature.

5) AI & Synthetic Media

  • AI-generated or synthetic media is permitted if you have all rights and permissions for included material (such as voice models, samples, or text-to-speech output).
  • AI uploads containing explicit content must use the app’s Explicit flag feature.
  • Deceptive “deepfake” content portraying real people in sexual or harmful ways without consent is strictly prohibited.

6) Your License to Us

You retain ownership of your content. By posting, you grant Ramblio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, distribute, and stream your content as part of normal service operation (including caching, transcoding, or CDN distribution).

This license ends when you delete your content or account, except for necessary backups or legal preservation.

7) Moderation & Enforcement

  • We may review and remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or Safety Standards.
  • We may preserve or disclose data to authorities when legally required or to prevent imminent harm.
  • Users can block or report others using in-app tools. Reports are reviewed manually and acted on as appropriate.
  • We are not obligated to monitor all content but reserve the right to do so.

8) Hangouts & Live Audio Rooms

  • Ramblio offers real-time audio “Hangouts” that can be public, unlisted, or private. Hosts choose the room’s visibility, title, and description, and may set speaker limits.
  • Hangout owners and delegated moderators can manage membership, invite or remove participants, approve hand-raise requests, grant speaking privileges, and issue temporary or permanent bans to protect the room.
  • We collect operational metadata about hangouts (such as join/leave times, hand raises, speaker status, and moderation actions) to power the feature, troubleshoot issues, and enforce our policies.
  • You may not record or redistribute hangout audio without consent from the participants, nor may you use hangouts to harass, spam, or otherwise violate these Terms or our Safety Standards.

9) Messaging & Interactions

  • Private messaging is for voluntary communication between users. We do not routinely monitor message content.
  • We may process metadata or limited content for safety, spam detection, or to respond to lawful requests.
  • Evading a user’s block or creating new accounts to contact them is prohibited.

10) Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • All platform code, branding, and design are owned by Joshua Stirland unless stated otherwise.
  • You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Service.
  • DMCA / Copyright Claims: If your copyrighted work has been used without authorization, contact chef@tweesecake.app with:
    • Your contact info;
    • A link or description of the infringing material;
    • A statement that you own the rights or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner;
    • A declaration under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate.

11) Privacy

Your use of Ramblio is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect and how it is processed. We do not sell personal data. We use it only to operate, secure, and improve the platform, and to comply with legal obligations.

12) Availability & Liability

  • Ramblio is provided “as is” and without any warranties.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or data preservation.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joshua Stirland is not liable for loss of data, damages, or harm arising from your use or inability to use the Service.

13) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Joshua Stirland from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your content, conduct, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom (or your country if local consumer law provides otherwise). Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

15) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material updates will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
