Ramblio is an audio-only social platform created and maintained by Joshua Stirland. The app is intended for adult users (18+). These Safety Standards explain our rules, how to report issues, and what actions may be taken when rules are broken.

1) Age Restriction

• Ramblio is strictly for adults aged 18 years and older.
• By using the app, users confirm they are at least 18.
• Parents/guardians should prevent minors from installing/using Ramblio.

2) Prohibited Content

We remove and may ban for any of the following:

• Sexual exploitation, grooming, or abuse.
• Illegal, non-consensual, or pornographic material.
• Harassment, hate, bullying, or credible threats of violence.
• Encouraging self-harm, suicide, or dangerous activity.

Creators must accurately mark uploads that contain adult themes using the app’s Explicit flag.

3) Reporting & Moderation

• Block: Users can block others at any time to stop further contact.
• Report: Profiles, rambles, and comments include a Report option.
• Review: Reports are manually reviewed by us. Actions can include content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent bans.

If you’re in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Then let us know via the in-app report or email below.

4) Law Enforcement

• We may preserve and share information with authorities when legally required or to prevent harm.
• Criminal activity, including exploitation or credible threats, may be reported to relevant agencies.
