One Tums usually wouldn’t do anything for me. You can take 2 to 4 regular-strength Tums per dose. If they’re extra strength, you can take up to 3 for one dose. You just don’t want to exceed the maximum number allowed per day, though I’m not sure exactly what that number is. hope you’re feeling better today.
