Honestly I don’t think many people are feeling very patriotic this year, kind of feels like 1876. But I live in Washington DC and they’re trying to put on a big show here that’s for sure

Yes, all the government authorities and agencies and public promoters will make a big deal out of it. But I agree with Dan 26. I don’t really know why we should feel very patriarch about this country at this time. And did you also know that the longest lasting empire was for 250 years? And long before that, they started showing signs of decay and failure and confusion and disrespect for the law and corruption in politics? I don’t know what the governing authorities have planned to celebrate how many people will take part, but it can’t hide the fact that the United States has come down considerably in the eyes of the rest of the world for it stances in politics, globally, and for its liberal interference in the governing of other countries. Rather than celebrate, I anticipate with some anxiety the fall of the empire.

I kept saying 150 but of course I'm at 250 it is kind of past midnight here so that is what I am going to blame it on. I really do need some good rest and a nice luxurious night of sleep to recharge my brain.
