Anyone else do this with hair ties?

Never did that with hair ties. The kids were always losing them for that to be an issue. LOL. However, I ruined my favourite hairbrush once by trying to boil it, so ... I don't share hairbrushes anymore. Everyone has their own.

I have never done that with hair ties but that is a good idea. And I think it's also a great idea to make him change his clothes and put the clothes into the washer. Better safe than sorry. It's unfortunate but you never know what type of little bugs you're bringing home.
