@Jasmin: That is very cool that your mom is very into voice messaging. Yeah, it does depend on the person on how they prefer to communicate. I sometimes send voice messages to my sighted friends on what’s app, but it’s very rare when they send a voice message back. 99% of the time it’s text messages with my sighted friends/acquaintances. Voice messages for my VIPs and the phone calls I get most are from my sister and brother. My sister calls me alot when she’s driving to work or getting ready for work or to go out…I don’t get y she can’t just listen to music or something else besides calling me, but it’s my fault too for always answering lol.

I can be a combination of all three, depending on the situation. Although usually when it comes to phone calls, the other person has to call me, because for some reason calling, someone actually makes me nervous. Lol.

I’m good with any of those, whether it be texting, audio messages, or even phone calls. I prefer to put a voice to the name, but I will do whatever the individual and question is comfortable with at that given time.
