I have, and it was horrible. It was someone I went to school with. I wont go into details about it here but i'll just say it ended up me having to get a third party call blocker to get rid of them because even though you can block the call, they can still leave voicemail. Now if they try to call, they get a disconnected message and it hangs up on them. Try to hide caller ID? That wont work either, they get a message saying so and it hangs up on them.
