Hey there! This is a good one! Cultural things that stand out to me in my memories are MTV, and specifically does anybody remember spring break week and what that was like? Probably music videos in general. The grunge scene is deeply in my memories. I feel like the 90s was a golden age for hip-hop and R&B, so there’s that. Nickelodeon feels pivotal to the youthfulness of that time. Some of the big news headlines, biggie and 2Pac, the Oklahoma City bombing, freaking Y2K…! Does anybody remember the Fisher-Price radio/cassette player toy with the big plastic colorful buttons on it and the attached microphone? I remember having a VTEC junior jammer boombox, I also had one of the original Sony Walkman, the yellow one! Anybody remember a beeper? These kids barely know what a CD is, let alone a mini disc at that. Don’t even get me started on a floppy disk and before I close this out, acknowledging that there is plenty more of the decade that I’m forgetting, I cannot leave without saying that I had quite a obsession with lip smackers! The end.

I also remember listening to freestyle, but it was more because of my parents and run DMC and Boyz II Men or Mariah Carey. I remember flying down the stairs and playing games like hide and go see tag, but it was called ghost in the graveyard and some other one that was like something where you couldn’t touch the ground when you’re at a park call Cherry bomb And I remember listening to my own radio a lot

I was in high school in the 2000 but elementary school/middle school in the 90s but I remember liking a lot of Powerpuff Girls watching a lot of power puff girls dexters laboratory courage the cowardly dog a lot of Arthur dragon tales and I’m the same as you didn’t really listen to the music 90’s except the ones on the radio, but I definitely listen to it now it’s one of my biggest playlist I watched a lot of stuff on the computer like music videos. I remember making my own CDs burning the cds using the home phone that was not cordless. I remember watching TV and being able to see that it was very fuzzy looking which is funny cause that’s how I see now lol I would be outside from Moorning to night would walk everywhere instead of going in the car road our bike a lot of places, all the kids being outside all the time Playing a lot of school the different toys like something with the lights and you can make art out of it. I also had posters all over my walls of different Disney/Nickelodeon characters. I also remember jumping on the trampoline a lot which I don’t think that’s about the 90s really but all I know is I really miss it

Sorry to disappoint, I’m not a millennial. However, I must say I found your “my fellow millennials” speech quite amusing. It took me back to the days of Barack Obama, and I had a good laugh.
