What a great program, it was the answer to things like TeamTalk and Skype back in the day. Although I did notice that there was a fair amount of buffering and you would say something and the person will probably hear it a lot later but that I guess would depend on bandwidth and how many people were in the rooms but yeah happy days.

The best thing about ventrilo was the security, and the fact that you could have right stage, middle stage, left stage, and position people for audio theater.

Way way back in the day I had a business called audio rooms and used ventrilo. Then of course, Skype came along and knocked me out of the park. I knew that was gonna happen, but I did rent a lot of rooms before that. Lol.
