There’s no doubt the working sector is changing, but that’s always been the case maybe not this drastically, but it has been a constant force. But yes, employers need to get back to incentive to go work for them

Agreed, our son’s first job was working for a plumbing and air conditioning company and he noticed a coworker in his early 60s with back problems and nothing saved up for retirement. That’s when he decided that line of business was wrong for him. He a certified fitness instructor now and enjoys it but same problem with pay and he will be off our insurance soon as well. This generation does not have it easy at all. Our daughter is going into nursing and has around two years left in that program but the training is rigorous.

Well, the reason there isn’t more incentive for human beings to get involved with these things in the first places because corporations aren’t offering incentives for them to get involved. I mean it’s not like people don’t want a secure job. But corporations are really not offering the incentives that they should in order for people to be interested. That’s my opinion you know a good wages a secure job without having to fear you get fired for something you said. You know, those kinds of things, the most dangerous.

Robots together with AI can change America’s productivity or revive interest in blue collar jobs. I would prefer humans working on shop floors and building back manufacturing to what it was but there just doesn’t seem to be a high enough incentive for this to happen and robots can work 24 hours a day eventually paying for themselves with the gained productivity. New jobs will be created to manage, code and maintain the automated factory.
