Uber also tells you if the ride will arrive on the other side of the street which is helpful. If it’s a busy street and I’m not near an intersection I can call them and ask them to turn around.

Unless they only rolled it out in certain cities, Uber is the only one they can do that. … if you leave your app open and you watch it it’ll tell you how many miles and feet and all that kind of stuff has the vehicle is arriving, where Lift just vibrates three minutes before they get there so you can go out front and be as noticeable as possible I guess.

Robby … at least once a month. I have to deal with that, last month I open the door knocked the lemon juice off the porch cause I’m on the second floor. Couldn’t find it for five minutes and mark that with Miss until got credited back forward, then my neighbor brought it to me later on that day.

Wow, dude, that’s insane, I’ve never heard anything like that before … and as far as the Ride services are concerned, I prefer Lift over Uber, Uber just has that tracking feature where they can find you by your phone, which I enjoy a lot since a lot of other drivers don’t speak English here. I don’t even understand that at all, when I got my commercial drivers license you had to be able to read and write in English but times have changed.
