I can’t believe I’m hearing this message and there was no comments on it. Yeah I believe that if you can get the owner to do so if it was her dog and she was letting it run wild and it invaded your apartment to go and knock your dog down yes indeed I believe the owner should pay for it and I hope you get every penny out of it that you can if people can’t control their animals they either need to give them up or put them down as far as I am concerned
