Exactly that and I’m sorry for your loss, but nobody really ever talks about that when you can’t take care of your mental health, your physical health, the police because you don’t always have that mental energy to want to lose weight and nobody ever talks about that part, I think keep talking about stuff like this on here and not be so shy
