My son was able to get a refund the first couple of times his order was delivered to the wrong address. This is what actually happened. But the third time it happened they would not issue a refund.  they said they claimed that it was delivered to the correct address. The numbers were the same but the actual street was different, it was right around the corner like on the adjacent Street but they did not issue a refund. So he stopped using them. And as far as the fees go, all delivery services have different types of fees. I bought the Doordash pass. I get free deliveries. The service fees are always between one and perhaps three dollars. Something like that. Then there's tax. That's usually a little over a dollar. And I always always only order if there's a promotion going on. Like a buy one get one free. That's my favorite of course. Lol and I usually order multiple meals. It's just me but even if the fees and everything totaled up to like five or six dollars, this includes tip, I might as well do that one time instead of two times. So I will order at least two meals. on the grocery store side, I did that, I believe, only one time, perhaps too, and of course the service fee was about five dollars but I had a lot of groceries. And really the only reason why I did it at that time was because I got a promo code For 50% off at grocery store order. I guess promos like that don't come around often but I had to take advantage of the opportunity. And then everything I bought was on sale. So, I saved the considerable amount of money on that particular order. But I took advantage of that promo. Don't let them slip by.

DoorDash has been very, very good to me… :-) They have saved my bacon on a few occasions… No pun intended

You know, not so good. It was a real struggle. I ordered from a grocery store. And I can't remember exactly what went wrong with my order but I was supposed to get a refund for the items. I got a really really really big run around. It was stupid. But I did get it eventually.
