    There is a mechanism where she can flap her hands yes ROFL. You can also remove for fidget spinner in her tablet it's really neat I love her headphones that's my favorite part of this feature I love it!

The wheel chair Barbie: With a ramp which can help her to get into the dream house. The Vitiligo Barbie: A skin illness, as I know. Diabet 1 Barbie: With all her stuff that Diabetic people use. Down syndrome Barbie: With a neckless, down syndrome traits like shortness, and things that I can't describe because of my english level. Deaf Barbie: with her hearing aids.
