There is no far left in power, and that’s the difference that people don’t always understand. It’s very asymmetrical to have a center constantly being dragged to the right by super well funded, armed and aggressive fascists yet constantly told that it’s somehow the left’s fault. That fascism is here and not the fault of those enablers who called themselves centrist

People both on the far left and right simply want to stay in their safe spaces, in their little bubbles where no one disagrees with them. There is very little desire to understand things from other point of views, and often when this is pointed out they become little snowflakes and lash out. The division is real, and people are well embedded in their cults and tribes. Constructive debate is becoming less and less common as every day goes by

Ivan, the truth is not always in the middle, that’s absolute nonsense. And I don’t know who Andrew Cooper is but chances are probably not a leftist because our media blacklist leftists, which is why they should be sought out. There is such a thing as journalism and it is real and can be found if you want it. I think you should study the difference between neutrality and objectivity. Also, mindless Centerism is not an ideology.

I agree with you about the Democrats giving themselves a pass for all the ugly Ice shit they did, that definitely has to stop before anything will change. But I disagree with you about paying attention to what news people read or watch or listen to. It’s very important to remove fake news from your life so you won’t be lied to constantly because it makes you incapable of having conversations about things like politics. Sorry if that sounds harsh but it’s pretty clear that certain news diets lead to mental incapacity and it’s not just Alex Jones although he’s a good example
