Actually, I did try turning off Wi-Fi and it did work. Hopefully they’ll get this fixed soon.

I am having the same issue. I even deleted it and reinstalled the app and that didn’t work.

I close the app and then open it again. Usually that works.

I guess it works if you turn off Wi-Fi, but I'm not doing that every time I want to use this app.

Hi Stephen, I have heard that a few other people are having the same issue. I had the same same problem a couple of months ago and it just sorted itself out in time. Try turning Wi-Fi off and see if that makes a difference.
