  1. High Processor or grafik processing unit may cause heat. 2. Running heavy apps causes the processor to work harder, thus generating heat. 3. Too many apps running in the background can keep the processor active. 4. Using the phone under a pillow, in your pocket or in direct sun light can cause the temperature to rise. 5. Fast charging or using the phone while charging can put extra stress on the battery. 6. Weak mobile signal, unstable wifi or continuous 5G searching forces the phone to use more power, which produces heat. 7. Some faulty apps can also keep the cpu awake, leading to overhating. Hot weather makes the device heat up faster.
