  I am blind, but I can still see light, including mostly knowing whether it is light or dark outside especially at night. That has truly been a blessing. Light is beautiful.

  Yeah, you guys I do have light perception although my family said and they were right that it would go away during my lifetime. I mean I definitely do not have the light perception I had when I was 234 years old that’s for sure but I can still see bright sunlight, and very bright very bright fluorescent lights. In fact, it’s like 6:30 in the evening on a dark winter night right now and I’m thinking of turning on a big light so I can stay awake but I think I should wind down instead.

  Genuinely curious, but all of you that are totally blind you’re telling me you can’t tell if it’s day or night outside? Really?
