Full disclosure when people say happy Wednesday or have a good day to me or anyone, I don’t think of it as a good day or a bad day. I’ve done this for a long time, but I think of it as a mindful day. So happy mindful Wednesday. I just wanted to say that because I appreciate the reminder. It’s been a crazy week and a crazy Wednesday evening. Choir was great but they ran us strict today. I tell you so it is nice to come home and relax even if we are not feeling relaxed, it is good to be reminded to be with things just as they are so thank you for that. I will try to stay present and hope all of us can do the same.

Hi there. Good to hear you’re posting out here again. Yes Facebook. I don’t use it very much. I have an account for my band, and basically that’s what I use it for. But I have been aware that they’ve been making you few changes and doing a few flip-flops like with a backspace and a few other things like this change that you just brought up so just have to be careful that’s all I can say don’t let anything they do or ruffle your feathers.
