The same soon may mean this very second or a year later. Why won't he create a GPlay or Firebase developer beta and gain feedback early? On Android we're just left with these so called releases with Jieshuo swipe order reversed, ramble or recyclers bugged, or USB C headphones disconnecting when you record. Did anyone even test these bugs out before release, or was it just thrown out there with slop just to check an "available on Android" checkbox. It doesn't surprise me. Tweesecake is just the same, fulla bugs. By this point I might just apktool the app and get to work.

Of course its tested. That's the reason its delayed. Android has a lot more moving components; rudeness gets you nowhere.

Ok then, test the following: 1. With Jieshuo screen reader, open the messages or the comments to a ramble. 2. Keep swiping right. If "Show position of the focus" in advanced settings/other settings of Jieshuo is selected, you'll see that the cursor goes from left to right. This is a known issue with some apps, like Google Messages, which fixed it.

2. Make recyclers small: At this moment, ramble cards, each message cards, comment cards, they're so big the recycler has to scroll the page each time you move through the list. Or if not each time, then two items at max. This is resource intensive, so make the cards small so they fit. This way less scrolling will be needed. Scrolling is also laggy.

3. Fix the bug that disconnects USB C audio periferals when recording. Unfortunately after you've stopped recording, the audio doesn't come back, and you have to close the app for it to release audio back to your headphones. If you explicitly want to use internal mics, then Android does expose audio source things like mic, mic unprocessed, bluetooth, external, camcorder, etc. Ennumerate and expose those in the settings. Fix the USB thing because it's annoying.

4. When you are inside a comment window, a conversation, or anywhere outside the main recyclers specificly, hide the bottom bar! WhatsApp, Telegram, all social media apps do hide that bottom bar when inside a conversation/group activity.

5. Place the save recording, send voice message, cancel recording, cancel voice message, etc, buttons to the very left and right bottom of the screen. For someone like me who activates options just by lifting their fingers from the screen, we've got used to pressing that place and exactly getting a send from all the social apps we used. I'm not the only one who's bothered by this issue.

6. More on-screen windows! Jieshuo's usefullness shows here when, with a keyboard connected or when using to top or to end shortcuts, it switches to the beginning or end only of that on-screen window, not the whole UI just like TalkBack. This allows us to quickly navigate. At the current moment, this is broken because the top of the window is coupled with the recycler.

For example: "Feeds Compose new ramble button Following button All rambles selected Select zone" These on-screen elements are coupled with the ramble recycler itself. This means that trying to go to end of this window will start scrolling for years through the rambles. Split the on-screen windows to fix this: What's on the top with it's own on-screen window/portion, the recycler standalone, and the bottom bar standalone.

I understand. Since you said adding transcription to messages or comments is expensive. What do you think about allowing us to connect our own Gemini keys to Ramblio from settings so we can use the AI on our keys?

As a rambler, I would like to see it Where even if you just record for 10 minutes if your time is up, it will give you like maybe a five second warning. Five seconds seems fair although for me blabbering as I do, 10 seconds might be better.

Josh. you're a hero, and you're totally killing it. The longstanding bug I'd love to see squashed is when, if you type a text comment or message and it fails to send, perhaps because you're phone signal sucks and trips out, the content is deleted and you have to retype it. That one has caught me a few times on trains lol.

Josh, in the "Beta app update for July 15th, 2026" ramble where I inquired that as a paying member, MYSELF, who uses the "BLINDSHELLCLASSIC3" phone, with which I can ONLY access the web, that can neither download the original nor the beta apps, would you and the "BLINDSHELL" developers EVER arrange a meeting between each other to create the accessibility to do so, will there be a web version, and if SO, ESPECIALLY for those of us that pay, what features WOULD, as well as WOULDN'T, it have, in comparison to the app, or would BOTH have ALL of the same, have you read that?

Hey Terrance, web updates are also in progress and are currently being tested. In terms of the blind shell devices; I'd be happy to try and come to some arrangement, but it may be too much to take on for myself at the moment depending on what they would need.

Hey Josh, thanks for the update. I'm loving the new features but am having problems with volume control. I've figured out that if I move my audio ducking amount to as low as it will go, that seems to help. Also, I was in a hangout this morning and the volume issue was better, except one person was in voice mode but background noise leaked through anyway and it was fairly loud. Good thing he wasn't on music mode LOL!!

Hey Josh, so if I may make a suggestion, instead of having it stay stop recording, maybe it should say send recording because now that you can do the double tap or magic tap to pause the recording maybe just change the word stop to the word. Send.

Loving the new update! I do think that members of my bubbles are not getting notified when I make new posts though. Is there a way that could be automatically turned on when people join a bubble and then they just opt to turn it off? And if it is automatically turned on, I wanted to let you know that it wasn't working. Thanks.
