Verizon? Oh god! Those guys are expensive as absolute hell. I've never had them for cell service and I sure wouldn't want them, especially since I live out in the middle of nowhere.

i agree with hunter frost, is she a peace of crap just because she isn't going to upgrade the plan for you? Or did she do something else? You go from saying she's egotistical and a peace of crap, and then wifi is brought up, are they intertwined?, I can't be the only one that is trying to figure this out.
