At the surface level, I can see how the initial thought or idea might seem reasonable. But when you get to the planning stage and actual logistics of it, in my mind, it falls apart completely. And that is not even taken into account the human factor. Banks don’t give out loans based on co-ops, or shares in a vehicle, which means ultimately someone is going to have to take on that responsibility, and then try to manage contracts with multiple people which will be problematic at best. All that to say, so my answer is absolutely not lol.
