I have not blocked anybody, but weeks ago I came across a profile that said I had blocked and when I tried to unblock that user it said “are you sure you want to unblock” or something like that, so I clicked ok, but it remained on blocked and I kept clicking ok, so what I figure is that that user actually blocked me, not the other way around lol. So maybe that user you came across actually blocked u
