Yes that's exactly the same as my cat sadly. No matter what I try I just can't give it to her. I feel terrible because she needs to have them, but it's just not working. Probably like your situation

I have two cats. One of them I can trick into taking medicine by putting it in wet food. The other however no matter what I try will not take it. Pill pockets, pills and treats pills in wet food pills and tuna everything we’ve tried she will not. She’s been needing to take medicine for a while now and we can’t figure out how to give it to her
