It is way too loud for me to record audio, so I’m gonna do it this way even though I hate typing Rachel I believe the reason why the victor stream is loud at the quietest volume because I have that problem too. I have two of them. I have the one they give you here in Australia, and they gave me one when I went to the states for six months to live out there for college and they’re both the same way I tested both of them. They both are very loud at the quietest volume, especially when it’s super quiet anyway, correct me if I’m wrong but I think the reason why they do it that way is because the victor stream is not only for blind people I believe it’s for people with hearing impairment or hearing loss now, correct me if I’m wrong that’s what one of my friends told me, but it could be the reason as to why it’s so loud at the quietest volume and why you can’t turn it down anymore?
