Greek is always best
Very good question. I haven’t tried the Greek one, so I can only compare Lebanese and Turkish baklava. For me, Turkish is better. The problem with the Lebanese one, especially in the UK, is that it seems to dry out quite quickly. I’m not sure if that’s just the style or if it sits around for a while and doesn’t keep as well. The best baklava I’ve ever had though was Palestinian. It was homemade and sold from a stall in West London. I bought a box of 10 and even a few days later they were still fresh and really tasty. So Turkish, yes. Lebanese/Syrian, not really. Palestinian, definitely.
