I think some solitude and alone time is very healthy and even a little bit of isolation but isolating as a way of life all the time might not be the healthiest. But you were coping the best you could. It’s so easy to be hard on ourselves, but please try not to beat yourself up. You did the best you could with what you had at the time and now you can smile and do better And pat yourself on the back and move on.
