This is a file that I found on sndup.net like two years ago I think? Something like that. It's a website that Josh the developer of this app also maintains. When you upload audio files, it's simply up there, so you can share the link to people, but you can also guess the link to the identifiers of these files by guessing the URLs, which I've done a lot over the years and I've found a lot of interesting stuff.
