Hello! And welcome. I hope you enjoy this app. You are absolutely correct about the lack of intersectionality in regards to visually impaired folks and other disabled spaces. It is definitely something that I’ve talked a lot about and have really been a little lost to try and do anything about. I very much feel like we forget how many of the issues that we face are in fact, cross disability, and that lack of intersectionality, especially in the current climate is all but certainly shooting ourselves in the foot.

I hope you have a reasonably good time here. To be brutally honest, I feel like this platform has become significantly less diverse in recent months... Particularly in terms of more left-leaning voices. A lot of the more thoughtful folks I used to see post back in the day have moved on. That said, there are still good conversations to be had, if you can ignore all the noise. That's just my perspective, anyway.
