That's when you'd bring the yetty cup. It has a top, and nothing will spill out because they have tops with an extra little thing on the lid that's magnetic and comes off that when it's on, slies over the small opening of the cup that you drink out of that still shows even when the top is on. And as for sand getting in my sandwich or something? Oh well. It just tastes like sault anyway. Not saying your wrong for not liking to eat on the beach though. I'm just an outdoorsy guy and just don't really mind stuff like that I guess. If you had said you wouldn't want to eat a sandwich that had been sitting out for even probably 20 minutes on a hot day at the beach, I would have agreed completely. Sandwiches and drinks are suppose to be cold. The yetty will keep your stuff cold. Assuming that you don't already have one. The yetty cooler and my yetty cup are my best friends. Just sayin...
