The slider gives options before you publish under certain zones. For example, if you’re publishing under the music zone.

I think that slider only has other options in it if you upload external audio from a different source to Ramblio. I feel like it shouldn't even be there if you're making a ramble directly from the app because that is a little confusing for people who weren't around when that feature was added.
