Wow. I'm definitely not a romance person. But also, Titanic didn't impress me much. The movie itself, and the story are impressive,but not the romantic bits. I have read C.s. Luis as well, both when I was younger and when I grew up. Tried reading Mistborn, but it was a bit too slow for me. Also tried the Wheel of time, but the same thing. Maybe I am impatient to see some good action plus the story, but there's more story than action. Also read a bit of the Stormlight Archive, but also haven't finished it. I think I like more swordfighting and eastern fantasies at this point. I'd recommend Cradle by Will Weight, it's a really good book, and a thousand li by Tao Wung, and that last one because of the lots of philosophy in it. :)
