@AttyRose we know what Vorail AI is. We are merely speculating on the legalities of what Tom has done. Pointing out those facts and exposing him for what he has done.

Vorail AI is actually a long overdue update to Vorail being passed off as a new app. This is why when you go to vorail.com, there’s only a link to Vorail AI and not classsic Vorail. Despite the app being rewritten in Swift, it draws all its data and content from Vorail. A totally new app would not need to do this. Besides the release of vorail AI is rushed and did not follow the proper channels such as using Test Flight rather than using subscribers as beta testers claiming not to even have an extra phone to test his code on before putting others at risk.

Here is what the public records show regarding Vorail Healing Center United Inc and Employer Identification Number 20-3067818. Registration History The EIN matches a registered 501(c)(3) public charity. However, it was originally incorporated under the legal name Healing Centers United Inc, based out of Chicago, Illinois which was started by Tom’s wife, Dr, E Rosenthal, and had nothing at all whatsoever to do with blindness or the visually impaired community . The name Vorail Inc is tied directly to this same non-profit framework. On official public filings and in communications from its developer, Tom Rosenthal, the platform has actively used this specific EIN to claim tax-exempt status, positioning user subscription fees as charitable donations. The organization previously applied for Google Ad Grants, which provides free advertising to legitimate non-profits. Google rejected the application, determining that the platform functioned as a commercial app store product rather than a charitable mission. Despite the requirements for 501(c)(3) organizations to maintain public transparency, there is a distinct lack of accessible Form 990 filings detailing how subscriber revenue is utilized. Investigations into the platform's infrastructure suggest the use of a pass-through structure, where subscription capital collected via the non-profit entity is funneled to a private, for-profit commercial holding, Pixtas LLC, under the guise of licensing or consulting fees. The entity legally exists in the IRS database under those matching identifiers, but it operates in practice as a commercial enterprise under a non-profit umbrella, with zero active maintenance or technical updates being made to the underlying application infrastructure.
