There is an add-on called Numpad Nav mode in the add-on store. It is not updated for 2025 versions so you have to override the incompatibility switch when you search for it and also when you install it. It works fine it’s just that it hasn’t been updated in the manifest file. It will make numpad Home, end, page up and page down keys toggle between Windows default and NVDA modes while numb lock is off.

Yes I'm using control as a modifier, otherwise it doesn't work not even for home and end

So if I press control plus one or seven on my notepad up in Windows with my notepad off I'm getting the results you guys were talking about that is end or home . That doesn't work with three or 9 or 4 for page down and up though

Not sure in what context your hearing home when you press the one key. Where is focus in your system? Are you using a modifier key when you’re pressing one?

Number one doesn't work as end for me it still says home

As long as the numb lock key is turned off, and this is true for all number pads, both on laptops and external keyboards, the number seven is the home key, the number one is the end key, number nine is Paige up, and number three is Paige down.
