I think this is going to be difficult to figure out for most people. Therefore I'm going to give a clue for the name of the band, and then if there's still no success, I will give the song title. But great guesses so far. The clue is: the lead singer of the band is John Fogerty.

I did hear a snippet of music at the beginning when I first listened. However right now I'm dealing with a surprise and rather severe episode of what I believe to be Cochlear Hydrops, which is almost totally disabling one ear for today.

Hey Doug, that's understandable. I will just give the answer. I hadn't planned to turn it into a guessing game when I recorded it, but when I listened to the recording, I thought of KROQ and a similar game they'd play with callers who would have to guess the song title of a short 1-second snippet. Anyway the answer is: CCR - Looking Out My Back Door.

Ah, cool song, didn't recognize it when both ears took it on. :-) And this Hydrops thing is not new to me; I just figured out the cause and the name recently. I think it's happened roughly 20 times between 2019 and now.

Sorry to hear that. Hopefully it won't last too long. I also have ear and balance issues especially in cold and rainy weather. I think there's a link to my glaucoma but I need to verify with my opthalmologist.
