  I'm hearing your phone mic for rambles as far as I can tell, not a headset mic; so I'm wondering why Siri, or whatever is used for your dictation, might be using the headset mic if Ramblio doesn't.

  Also, she has not installed any iOS updates so her phone is not at the latest iOS software update that might be causing the issue too
