I don't know what was being celebrated, although I MIGHT "GOOGLE" to find out, if I happen to think of it, but it took place in my NEW YORK CITY neighborhood of FLUSHING, QUEENS earlier today as I was en route to the ANDREW HEISCHELL LIBRARY for the BLIND in MANHATTAN.
