1 million divided between a few select charities, 1 million to my sister, 1 million to each of my sons and 5 million to move to Ireland and start an animal rescue/sanctuary.

I would first make sure my family all had houses to live in. Modest houses. If they want one. But I don't want anyone to have to worry about paying rent ever again. And then I would open up an agency for the blind. The agency here in my town sucks. They can do so much better but they don't care and they have no compassion. I would have a really nice full service agency for the blind complete with or orientation and mobility, braille lessons, support groups, psychotherapy, cooking classes, must have arts and craft classes, social events, social services, technology classes of course, home repair classes, Legal assistance, financial management assistance, shopping escort services, MEDICAL escort services  group entertainment like bingo classes and trivia games, in-home rehabilitation services, and home management training
