- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust - 1 can ( ounces)15 pumpkin puree - 1 can (12 ounces) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk - 2 large eggs - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger - 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg - 1/2 teaspoon salt Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 Celsius). 2. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk, eggs cinnamon,, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until smooth. 3. Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust. 4. Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 Celsius) for 15 minutes. 5. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 Celsius) and bake for an additional 35 to40 minutes, or until a knife inserted the near center comes out clean. 6. Cool the pie before serving.
