Yes, I’ve had a lot of very nice experiences taking paratransit, and I still do. I’ve met some  unique people, and had some pretty interesting conversations. I’ve often had drivers that were very helpful, and some that were very funny. Of course, I’ve had some shitty experiences as well, but overall more good experiences than bad.

I remember one time I left my purse on a paratransit vehicle. I was going to work. The driver of course walked me to the door and then I had to go through this long hallway before I got to the elevators. The driver saw my purse as soon as she got back on the vehicle and she ran back into the building to try to catch me Before I entered the elevator. She gave me my purse. I was so grateful to her for that. I really appreciated that. I had a similar experience after that, a few years after that where I left my whole book bag on the vehicle. By the time I realized it, the vehicle had went on to its next destination or wherever. I kept calling the depot where the vehicles go back to and they kept saying they did not see my bag and that the driver had not turned it in to lost and found. After several days they said they saw my book bag and I had to come pick it up. So I did. When I got my bag and I was waiting for my return ride to come back home, I just thought to check what was inside. I knew I had some money in there. Not a lot. But I remember I had an envelope from the bank with money in it. It was just like emergency money for when I was traveling.I remember it was a lot of one dollar bills and perhaps a handful of five dollar bills. When I open up the book bag, the envelope was right on top and all of the money was gone!!! I was so angry. I was so overwhelmed that the driver was so shitty and stole a passenger's money. I was about to cry but I could have walked over to the counter and reported it, but I did not. I was actually an attendant on that ride. It was my friend's ride And I went with him for his appointment. A doctors appointment. So I was not the actual customer but I was on that vehicle of course. Anyway, I did not report it that I continue to feel really bad that they have drivers like that who's steal from people. And I was really glad that I got my book bag back because it was a brand new book bag. I had only had it for about a couple of weeks and I had paid $60 for it. And I really liked it. Everything else I had in the bag was in there of course. Just not the money. So there are some good drivers. Not many. But there are some honest drivers out there.
